About Península
Península is Carvalho Hosken’s planned neighbourhood of about 780,000 m² on the lagoon in Barra da Tijuca, its first planned on ecological lines, with only around a tenth of the land built on. Two large parks, a flat 4 km nature trail, five themed gardens and squares with works by contemporary artists run between the towers. Its newest launches are Singular and Gran Thai.
