Ipanema and Leblon share one long beach from the Pedra do Arpoador to the Dois Irmãos, with the Lagoa behind them. These are Rio’s most polished neighbourhoods: jewellers and designers on the Rua Visconde de Pirajá, bookshops and juice bars, and in Leblon some of the city’s best restaurants.
