Start at Leme and walk the Avenida Atlântica past the Copacabana Palace to the fort at Posto 6, cross to the Pedra do Arpoador, and carry on along Ipanema and Leblon to the foot of the Dois Irmãos. Stop for a coconut at a kiosk along the way.
